BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The Yard Gym is growing its footprint in Maryland, and this time it's opening its very first location in Baltimore County.

Although an official opening date hasn't been released yet, a location has been signed off on.

The Yard Gym Timonium will be opening this fall at 2003 Greenspring Drive, a space that stretches out to nearly 4,200 square feet.

The gym opening comes as part of a $2.3 million acquisition for the single-story warehouse building that makes up 2001-2003 Greenspring Drive. The Baltimore Supply Store is situated at the 2001 address.

“Greenspring Drive gives us the room to bring The Yard Gym’s elevated boutique training experience to life in Maryland,” said Megan Monteiro, business owner and the new landlord of the building.
