Flacco: NFL's 'Best' Quarterback, Fan of Perry Hall
Baltimore Ravens player Joe Flacco raised money for the Living Classrooms Foundation on Monday night at Bill Bateman's in Perry Hall.
Joe Flacco of the Baltimore Ravens made national news this week, calling himself the "best" quarterback in the NFL.
"I don’t think I’m top five, I think I’m the best. I don’t think I’d be very successful at my job if I didn’t feel that way," Flacco told Glenn Clark, host of WNST.net on Monday night.

Where did he say it? Turns out he was at in Perry Hall, where he signed more than 100 autographs to raise money for the Living Classrooms Foundation in Baltimore.
