FRUGAL FAMILY: Veggies on Sale, Swimming Lessons, Baby Items

4. MARYLAND SCIENCE CENTER
Deal: Regularly priced tickets are heavily discounted on Fridays after 5 p.m. and members are admitted free. Children under 3 are always free. Additional pricing information is available on the website.

5. GROCERY STORES/DRUG STORES/BIG BOX STORES
Deal: Discounted candy abounds the week after Valentine's Day. Stock up on chocolate now. Most stores, from to to Target, are trying to get  holiday candies off the shelves.
