GREAT ESCAPE: Go Out To Lunch
Weekly suggestion for much needed 'me time' for Perry Hall Moms.

Giving up an evening or a weekend night can be challenging for moms with busy families. It sure is for my family. So, I recently went out to lunch with a friend of mine on a Saturday afternoon. It was one of my best "me-time" experiences to date.
My friend and I made plans to meet at the White Marsh Panera Bread for lunch. We also tried to not talk about our kids (easier said than done). We enjoyed a nice lunch, good conversation and most importantly, some much needed time away from our kids.
Going out to lunch can be very economical, and doesn’t take a lot of time away from your family. However, it can be very rejuvenating for a busy mom. It provides an opportunity to have a conversation without being interrupted by sticky fingers, a broken toy or a diaper changing. Not to mention, you don’t have to race to finish eating first. We actually continued to sit and talk for a good while after we ate.
