Perry Hall Area Burglaries: Police Say Gun, Laptop Stolen

PERRY HALL, MD — The Baltimore County Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents in and around Perry Hall. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

A residence in the unit block of Bernadotte Court was burglarized between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. on Oct. 1. A window had been left open. A laptop, camera, e-reader, speaker and cash were taken.

A handgun and game system were stolen from a residence in the unit block of Dunhaven Place. The suspect got in through a window that was unlocked. The burglary occurred between 4 p.m. on Sept. 30 and 8 p.m. on Oct. 1.

Two suspects stole bicycles and other items from a storage locker at Allender Storage in the 5800 block of Allender Road. One of the suspects was familiar to the victim. The burglary occurred between 6:22 p.m. on Sept. 28 and 7:21 a.m. on Sept. 29.

The Baltimore County Police Department also provides information about recent crime trends, and this week officials noted these two in the area:

• Two commercial robberies in the White Marsh precinct appear to be related. They occurred between Sept. 12 and Sept. 22.
• Three burglaries have occurred in the Seven Courts area since last week; a total of nine have been reported since Aug. 28. The suspects got inside through back doors or windows, and in two cases, they used attached garages. Safes were taken or targeted in three cases. Jewelry, IDs, video game systems, credit cards, money and a TV were taken. More than half of the burglaries (five out of the nine) happened between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. Others occurred mid morning or late at night, police said.
