UPDATE: New Sidewalks at Ebenezer, Honeygo to Cost $125,000
The project, which begins Monday, could be completed by April 1.
There are places in Perry Hall where the sidewalks inexplicably end.
Two years ago, the Perry Hall Improvement Association identified several of these areas through a Walkable Perry Hall Task Force. Among them were Honeygo Boulevard, between Silver Spring Road and White Marsh Boulevard, and Ebenezer Road, near the Tremper Farms neighborhood, according to County Councilman David Marks.
On Monday, March 28, County Executive Kevin Kamenetz, Marks and other community leaders will break ground on 2,500 feet of new sidewalks for these areas, a public investment of $125,000.

According to an official statement from Baltmore County government, the project will include:
- 750 feet on Ebenezer Road at a cost of $38,000 and
- 1,700 feet on Honeygo between White Marsh Boulevard and Silver Spring Road at a cost of $87,000.
The project could be completed before April 1, officials said.

"This is one of those times when government worked. The community saw a need, and Baltimore County responded," said Marks. "The sidewalk project will greatly improve mobility and safety in a dense part of Perry Hall."
The ceremony will begin at noon near the intersection of Ebenezer Road and Quail Run Drive. Community members are welcome to attend.
