Kingsville Exceeds $1 Million Mark in New Firehouse Campaign
The goal is to raise $4 million, Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company reports.

The Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company celebrated a milestone Saturday with elected officials; the organization has raised $1.2 million toward its $4 million goal toward a new firehouse, according to a statement from the fire company.
The most recent renovation to its current building at 11601 Bellevue Avenue was thirty years ago, in 1984, the statement said.
Plans call for more than $2 million toward operations features (e.g., EMS storage, modern apparatus bay); $650,000 for administrative space (i.e., conference room, offices, storage); and approximately $1.9 million for infrastructure (i.e., kitchen, bathrooms, power generator).
