Kingsville Man Charged in Peeping Inside Dressing Room: Police
Police said the alleged Target dressing room voyeur turned himself in after seeing his photo on Patch.

A Kingsville man has come forward after seeing his picture on Patch in connection with the recording of a woman in a Target changing room last weekend, according to the Bel Air Police Department.
Stefan Abhishek Vincent, 23, of the 11700 block of Kingtop Drive, has been charged with peeping tom and private place - prurient intent.
Police said Vincent admitted to videotaping someone undressing in the changing room at the Target on Marketplace Drive in Bel Air on Saturday, Aug. 8.

He turned himself in after seeing his photo—which authorities released Tuesday in hopes of identifying the suspect—on Bel Air Patch, according to Det. Sgt. Jim Lockard of the Bel Air Police Department.
