Man Died Trying To Cross Route 40 In White Marsh: Police
A truck and a pedestrian were involved in a deadly crash Thursday night in White Marsh, Baltimore County police said.

WHITE MARSH, MD — A pedestrian was killed trying to cross Route 40 in White Marsh Thursday night, according to police. Officials said the man was from out of state.
Ronald Kevin Hardin, 49, was pronounced deceased on Pulaski Highway/Route 40 west of Stevens Road, police said.
Hardin, from the 2400 block of Highway 590 East in Seminary, Mississippi, had been trying to cross eastbound Route 40 when he stepped in front of a truck, according to officials.

The truck was in the left lane on Route 40 headed east, police said.
Officials said the driver of the truck, who remained at the scene, was not identified.
