Man Knocked Unconscious In Armed Robbery: Perry Hall Crime

Someone was at home during a burglary Monday in Perry Hall, according to police, who said an armed robbery was reported recently too.

PERRY HALL, MD — The following information was provided by the Baltimore County Police Department about recent crimes reported in Perry Hall. Among them are a violent robbery and two burglary cases. Police said a man was unconscious after the robbery and assault that happened over the weekend. Then Monday morning a burglar made a brazen move to steal from a home with someone inside.

A property was burglarized while someone was home in the 4300 block of Jordan Way. To break in, a basement window smashed, and a computer and pen set were stolen from the basement. The burglar(s) left through the window. Police said the crime occurred at 4:10 a.m. on Monday, July 22.

A man was robbed at gunpoint and assaulted to the point that he passed out in the 8700 block of Blairwood Road. Police said that he was assaulted by two to three suspects after he refused their demand in the robbery. When he came to, he found that his phone had been stolen. The armed robbery happened at 1:15 a.m. on Sunday, July 21.

A door frame was pried at an apartment in the 8700 block of Blairwood Road. The break-in attempt occurred between 2:30 p.m. Friday, July 19, and 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20. The would-be burglar did not get into the apartment, police said.
