Moms Treated To Mother's Day Car Parade At Brightview Perry Hall
Brightview Perry Hall celebrated mothers with a car parade, attended by so many families the parade poured out onto Belair Road.
PERRY HALL, MD — Dozens of vehicles festooned with flowers and homemade signs streamed through the parking lot of a senior living campus in Perry Hall Sunday morning in honor of Mother's Day. Children waved, cars honked and cheers of "Happy Mother's Day" resounded outside the community off Belair Road.
Signs that said: "Honk if you love mom" were on display as cars approached the front of Brightview Perry Hall.
Because of the new coronavirus, visiting has been restricted at nursing homes statewide, meaning it has been months since some residents have seen their relatives.
