New Bar And Restaurant Opening Soon On The Avenue At White Marsh

NOTTINGHAM, MD — A new restaurant may open on The Avenue at White Marsh in the next month. The folks at The Avenue at White Marsh shared a photo on Facebook of Bar Louie, which is under construction, with this caption: "Bar Louie is looking amazing! Fingers crossed for opening prior to Labor Day."

This year, Labor Day is on Monday, Sept. 3, meaning the new restaurant could be here in a matter of weeks.

When it opens, Bar Louie will bring a contemporary bar and eatery to the space where The Tilted Kilt used to be.

Bar Louie has more than 110 locations in over two dozen states; and while the company says no two of its restaurants are alike, they all feature at least 20 taps with regional and local beers as well as menus catering to a variety of tastes. Cocktails are made by hand with fresh fruits and freshly squeezed juices, and there are many to choose from, including four types of sangria.

Appetizers range from lettuce wraps to tempura shrimp to loaded tots. Salads, burgers, tacos, sandwiches, pasta and desserts will also be on the menu. See the menu.

This will be the third location for Bar Louie in Baltimore County, where the franchise has a presence at Foundry Row in Owings Mills as well as in Hunt Valley.

There are also two Bar Louie restaurants in Montgomery County, at the Westfield Wheaton Mall and Rockville Town Square.

Bar Louie White Marsh will be located in The Avenue At White Marsh, 8133-C Honeygo Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21236. Hours will be 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily.
