New Signage Installation Ahead at Gough Park

Parking issues are driving the decision to add signs around the park, Councilman David Marks said.

PERRY HALL, MD – Popularity has its downside.

Since opening in fall 2014, Gough Park has attracted a growing audience for its 17 acres of recreational opportunities, from walking paths to athletic fields and pavilions.

"Gough Park is a terrific resource for the Perry Hall community," Councilman David Marks said, "but its popularity has created a parking problem for residents along Rexis Avenue."

To help relieve the problem for those living on Rexis Avenue, the Baltimore County Department of Public Works will be installing signage directing drivers to the Honeygo Boulevard lot, Marks said in a statement. The three signs will go in this spring, according to Marks.

Gough Park is located at 9201 Honeygo Boulevard in Perry Hall.
