Paramedic Charged With Masturbating, Urinating On Coworkers' Items
A paramedic with the Baltimore County Fire Department faces multiple charges for masturbating on items used by coworkers, police said.
BALTIMORE CO., MD — A paramedic previously assigned to the Baltimore County Fire Department was charged Wednesday for masturbating at work and placing his bodily fluids on items used by coworkers, police said.
The Baltimore County Police Department said 36-year-old Christopher Carroll was arrested after their monthslong investigation turned over video evidence "that resulted in individuals unknowingly coming into contact with, or ingesting, Carroll’s bodily fluids."
The investigation was officially launched in December 2025 after reports began to surface that Carroll filmed himself masturbating on items such as fire equipment, iceboxes and food items.

The Baltimore Sun reported that footage was shared on social media pages and paid subscription websites, like OnlyFans. Not only was Carroll's face shown on the videos but investigators were able to identify him through his tattoos.

In one video reviewed by authorities, Carroll is seen walking up to an ice machine with his penis exposed. The accompanying caption for that video read: "They always say, don’t drink the yellow snow … but I’m just trying to make a slushy!!”
Other videos collected by investigators showed Carroll ejaculating on a keyboard and coffee creamer used by coworkers, according to The Sun. Both items returned DNA matching to Carroll.
The Baltimore County Fire Department has since carried out a hazmat cleaning of all of its stations and associated offices, WMAR reported.
Court records viewed by The Banner detailed that Carroll is facing 20 counts of knowingly and willfully causing another to ingest bodily fluid and three counts of malicious destruction of property.
Carroll is facing 10 years in prison for each bodily fluid charge and fines that range up to $2,500. He is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
In a separate case last month, Carroll was in a civil court hearing in Harford County, where he also denied allegations that he ejaculated and urinated on his family's belongings, The Baltimore Banner reported. Carroll’s estranged wife claimed he posted videos that claimed he masturbated on her toothbrush and inside a mouthwash bottle.
Carroll’s wife, who has filed for divorce, sought a protection order in December. While Carroll acknowledged in court that he filmed the videos, he said the mouthwash and toothbrush belonged to him.
