Perry Hall Fluf-N-Fold To Fill Vacant DJ's Dance Studio
The coin-operated laundromat is moving less than two miles north.
For more than two years, the former DJ's Dance Studio—next to The Flower Cart in the 9600 block of Belair Road—has remained vacant.
The Perry Hall Fluf-N-Fold now intends to fill the space.
Owner Dean Roland said his coin-operated laundromat, formerly located in the 8800 block of Belair Road, was given only 60 days notice to relocate.

"It was kind of unexpected, but you get what you get," Roland said Thursday afternoon. "We're looking forward to the upgrade."
The relocation could be complete by the end of September, he said.

"We'll have the same clean, friendly atmosphere of the last Fluf-N-Fold except with more business and better parking," he added.
Roland said he hopes to expand the business's commercial services. The Fluf-N-Fold already launders linens for several rental stores and restaurants.
In spite of the benefits, which include an additional 1,000 feet of space, he said the move is a "huge investment."
Not counting the interior demolition and renovations of the former dance studio, the move is costing the Fluf-N-Fold about $80,000.
But Roland said he expects the investment to pay off.
"This is my retirement. I hope so," he said.
