Isaccs and Nawy have several practices in the area—in Bel Air, Timonium, Pikesville and Parkville—and are ranked among the top dentists by Baltimore magazine.
Their new Perry Hall office will revitalize a “long-vacant part of the shopping center,” according to Marks, who said the occupancy rate at Perry Hall Square has now exceeded 90 percent.

In May, when Kumon math and reading center opened at the shopping center, Marks said Perry Hall Square was 88 percent occupied. The shopping center was not even 60 percent leased at the time he took office in 2010.
Marks said he has made it a priority to improve the shopping center and Downtown Perry Hall; for example, the Baltimore County Council passed legislation establishing the Perry Hall commercial revitalization district, which offers services and grants for businesses near Belair, Joppa and Ebenezer Roads.
Kimco Realty, which owns the Perry Hall Square shopping center, has used the district to market the area, according to Marks.
