PHIA Announces 2011 Nominations

Members will vote on candidates for officers and executive board members on Nov. 11

It's election season again—and not just in state and county government.

On Wednesday, Sept. 15, the Perry Hall Improvement Association announced its nominees for officers and executive board members for the 2011 term. Voting will be held at the organization's general meeting on Nov. 11 at 7:30 p.m. at the Perry Hall Library.

The Nominations Committee has recommended that members elect the following individuals:

  • Dennis Robinson, Jr., President
  • Elmer Klein, Vice President
  • William Libercci, Treasurer
  • Howard Wille, Secretary
  • Jack Amrhein, At-large Member
  • Thomas Benisch, Jr., At-large Member
  • Diane Brazil, At-large Member
  • Tim Brooks, At-large Member
  • Chris Defeo, At-large Member
  • Bob Mowry, At-large Member
  • Ann Palrang, At-large Member

Only members may vote. One-year membership costs $6 per person, with additional rates for households, businesses, two-year and lifetime memberships.

Under the direction of the officers, executive board, at-large members and general members, the PHIA holds meetings, plans events and functions as a mouthpiece for the community as it interacts with state and county government, developers and homeowners.
