Police Charge Two Women in Rosedale Robberies
A third suspect—William Jamal Wright—remains at large, Baltimore County police report.
Two women with the same alleged partner in crime have been charged in a pair of recent robberies in Rosedale, according to the Baltimore County Police Department:
- Rochelle Lynn Fabrizio, 35, of the 600 block of Dorsey Avenue in Essex, is charged with armed robbery, theft, first-degree assault and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
- Jamie Lynn Delair, 25, of the 8500 block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale, is charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
Their suspect partner—William Jamal Wright, 34, of the 200 block of Center Deen Avenue in Aberdeen—remains at large, police said Wednesday.
Police allege that Fabrizio and Wright stole Xanax, jewelry and cash from a residence in the 5200 block of Kings Arthur Circle in Rosedale on Saturday, Aug. 22.

Before 9 a.m. on that day, the duo came to the door and said they were looking for a woman who was not at the home, at which point the resident let them in and they waited on the couch while she went upstairs, according to police. When the resident came back downstairs, Wright allegedly showed a knife and demanded her medications, police reported.
In a similar robbery, police said Wright took Percocet tablets and jewelry from a trailer in the 8500 block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale. He said he was looking for the resident’s boyfriend and once he came into the trailer, put his hand in his pocket and implied he had a weapon, according to police. That robbery occurred shortly after noon on Friday, Aug. 21, police reported.

Both Fabrizio and Delair have been released on $25,000 bail, according to the report.
Wright will be charged with armed robbery and theft but has not yet been served, police said.
