Student Stabbed Near Perry Hall HS

A student suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being stabbed early Friday near Perry Hall High School, police told Patch.

PERRY HALL, MD — A Perry Hall High School student was stabbed Friday during an altercation with several students.

The Baltimore County Police Department told Patch that the student suffered a non-life-threatening injury after a physical altercation in the 4600 block of Ebenezer Road, just off school grounds.

The student, who was not identified, was not treated at a hospital.

A release issued to parents by the school detailed that the administration became aware of the incident around 7:45 a.m, when the injured student returned to school to be treated by a nurse.

Officials have not specified how many students were involved in the fight or what prompted the confrontation.

Police told Patch that the incident remains under investigation. The school said it will take measures in line with its student behavior handbook.
