True Citrus Signs Lease at Baltimore Crossroads

A lemonade and limeade maker will be moving to White Marsh, company officials say.

WHITE MARSH, MD — A food company has signed a lease at the Baltimore Crossroads in White Marsh, joining several other companies that are planning moves to the business park in the months ahead.

True Citrus, which manufactures limeade and lemonade products, will relocate its Rosedale headquarters to the Baltimore Crossroads. Its new address will be 11501 Pocomoke Court.

The Urban Air Trampoline Park and Carpet Consultants are also tenants at that part of the Baltimore Crossroads, a development that incorporates a blend of commercial, warehouse and residential spaces near Interstate 95. The building where the three businesses are is now 80 percent leased, according to Chesapeake Real Estate Group, which handled the transaction.

True Citrus will have 30,000 square feet of space. The company will relocate its warehouse, distribution and administrative offices to the Baltimore Crossroads facility, while continuing to run distribution operations from its current location in Rosedale.

Being close to amenities and its Rosedale location were factors in selecting the Pocomoke Court spot, according to True Citrus CEO Albert Soricelli Jr.
