Most Baltimore County government services will be closed for the holiday, including health department clinics, , and trash and recycling drop-off centers. CountyRide vans will also not operate, as stated in a county press release.             

Trash and yard materials that would normally be collected on Monday morning should be set out Monday night for collection Tuesday. Recyclables that would normally have been collected Monday should be held for next week, the press release stated.
