White Marsh Bike to Work Rally Happening Off Honeygo

After it was rained out earlier in the month, Bike to Work Day is finally here, happening on Friday.

Citizens are encouraged to commute by bike on May 30 as a way to stay healthy and keep the environment a bit cleaner.

Bike to Work Day events are scheduled in the following areas:

• Baltimore City
• Catonsville
• Columbia
• Timonium
• Towson
• Westminster
• White Marsh

For White Marsh participants, there will be a free breakfast, bike-to-work t-shirt and giveaways, including a raffle to win a free bike.

To attend the White Marsh Bike to Work Day rally, bikers can meet in the IKEA parking lot at 8352 Honeygo Boulevard from 8 to 10 a.m. on Friday.
