CCPS Makes Weather Call For Wednesday, Feb. 20
There has been a change in schedule for Cecil County Public Schools on Wednesday due to weather.
CECIL COUNTY, MD — Cecil County Public Schools and school offices will be closed on Wednesday, Feb. 20. Officials made the announcement Tuesday night.
Both students and staff should not report on Wednesday, according to the announcement.
Officials cited inclement weather in Wednesday's forecast in making the decision.

Cecil County is under a winter storm warning from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, with the National Weather Service calling for 3 to 5 inches of snow and a light glaze of ice.
Snow in the morning will mix with and change to sleet and freezing rain by early afternoon, then rain Wednesday night, according to the National Weather Service.
