Request for Proposals (RFP) – Food Services for Advanced Medical Adult Day Care

The Advanced Medical Adult Day Care invites Vendor to submit sealed proposals to provide food services for site that participate in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Specifications and proposals may be obtained at 4147 Labyrinth Road, Baltimore, MD, 21215 beginning on November, 15 2026 from 8:00am until 3:00pm.

Sealed proposals presented in duplicate will be received by Advanced Medical Adult Day Care at 4147 Labyrinth Road, Baltimore, MD, 21215 until 3:00pm November, 30 2026 for the contract period January, 1 2027 through December, 31 2027 of contract inclusive.

Sealed proposals from those bidders meeting qualifications criteria will be opened on December,1 2026 at 8:00 am with award to be made on December, 10 2026 at 9:00am. The agency reserves the right to check all outside references.

Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received. All awards are made pending Maryland State Department of Education review for USDA regulatory compliance.
