• Auto Thefts, Burglaries and Assaults Among Incidents Included in Weekend Crime Report (mocoshow.com) — Montgomery County Police logged several weekend incidents in districts that include Potomac, from vehicle thefts near River Road and Pennyfield Lock Drive to burglaries, assaults, and a reported hate/bias incident elsewhere in the county. Residents in Potomac and neighboring communities can see where cars, homes, and businesses were targeted between August 21 and 23 and note areas with recent arrests.
