Being Heart Healthy is Focus of Potomac Community Village Feb. 19 Meeting
In honor of Valentine's Day, cardiologist Allen Nimetz will speak on ways to to stay heart-healthy now and for years to come.

Cardiologist Allen Nimetz will teach us how to be heart healthy when he speaks at the Feb. 19 meeting of Potomac Community Village. The meeting is at St. James Episcopal Church, 11815 Seven Locks Road, Potomac, at 7:15 p.m., and is free and open to all.
Dr. Nimetz’ topic, “Hold on to Your Heart! Here’s How,” focuses on ways to stay heart-healthy now and for years to come. Dr. Nimetz is Medical Director of Sibley Hospital’s Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Chair of the Subsection of Cardiology at Suburban Hospital.
The meeting will be held in St. James’ Undercroft Room, on the lower level of the Parish Hall Building. Parking is around the back.
