Gallery Har Shalom will present the first exhibit of the 2011-2012 season with five outstanding artists whose work will be on display beginning on August 29th through October 24th. The "Meet the Artists" Reception will be held on Sunday, September 11th from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.
Jim Auerbach, Dave Mullen, and Ted Schroll are talented photographers who bring us intricate and fascinating photos of places, journeys, and destinations around the world. Celia Sullivan creates dolls with fabric and extraordinary craft techniques. Her art dolls are guaranteed to make you smile. Karen Askin is a ceramicist whose studio is at VisArts in Rockville, where she also teaches. Her delightful and colorful vases and platters will be on exhibit.
