Potomac River Jazz Club - Monthly Jam Session

It'll be another toe-tapping, hand-clapping afternoon when the Conservatory Classic Jazz Band strikes up at Normadie Farm Restaurant on Falls Rd (across from the Bullis School).

Come to listen and/or come to play. Or dance. The music style is traditional jazz/dixieland/swing -- the stuff of Louis Armstrong, Beiderbecke, Teagarden, Oliver, and contemporaries.  If you're a player, bring your instrument and join the house band near the end of the first, beginning of the second set.

Normandie Farm serves a full lunch and beverage selection.  Admission is a mere 10-bucks, FREE for jammers and students.
