Missing Man With Dementia Has Been Found: UPDATE

(Original post) POTOMAC, MD — In a Tuesday afternoon update, Montgomery County officials say Robin Kangling Tang has been located and is safe.

POTOMAC, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Travilah area man with dementia.

Robin Kangling Tang, 74, was last seen leaving his Grey Fox Lane home, possibly in a taxi, on Monday, Dec. 23 around 7:08 p.m. Family has been unable to contact him since then, police said.

Investigators describe Tang as a 5-foot-4, 159-pound male with brown eyes and gray hair. He uses a walking stick and was last seen wearing a black jacket and black pants.
