Report: Yuzu Opens; Food, Wine & Co. Revamps in Bethesda
The two eateries will be offering new fare to Bethesda diners soon.

Japanese restaurant Yuzu opens Monday, April 29, in the former Divino spot at 7345 Wisconsin Ave. in Bethesda, Bethesda Magazine reported:
The menu at Yuzu—named after a pretty Asian citrus fruit (which decorates the awning outside the restaurant)—will feature a full range of sushi and sashimi, as well as combination of cold (i.e. albacore tuna tataki with spicy jalapeno sauce) and hot dishes (grilled mushrooms and scallops with butter).
And, the nearby Food, Wine & Co. (at 7272 Wisconsin Ave., Bethesda) has "tweaked its image, with a new logo, awning, staff uniforms and a somewhat more whimsical, progressive menu, according to Chef Michael Harr," Bethesda Magazine reported:

Dishes at the newly revamped restaurant will be mostly the same, but not so conservative as before. Instead, expect a more adventurous menu, Harr told Bethesda Magazine.
So for example, for appetizers, he’s added grilled octopus that’s been marinated in chili and anise oil, then served with a coconut-curry emulsion, lemon curd and charred broccolini. Dramatic heads-on crispy prawns wrapped in French pastry and basil are another new starter.
