Description: A group exhibition featuring works by Howard Clark, Martin Evans, Stephen Hoff and Dave Montgomery.

Where: Reeve Studio Theatre, 4908 Auburn Ave., Bethesda.
When: Friday, March 1, to Sunday, March 3, 7:30 p.m.
Description: Imagination Station presents a story about a teenager struggling to find her place in high school until an ancient box opens up infinite possibilities.
Cost: $10.

Quilts of Valor and Quilts for Kids

Where: 19951 Father Hurley Blvd., Germantown.
When: Saturday, March 2, 9 a.m.
Description: Quilts of Valor creates quits for veterans and kids in treatment for cancer. All who sew are welcome to join.
Cost: Free.

Somerset Elementary School production of Alice in Wonderland

Where: Somerset Elementary School, 5811 Warwick Place, Chevy Chase.
When: Friday, March 1, and Saturday, March 2, 7 p.m.; Sunday, March 3, 2 p.m.
Description: Students at Somerset Elementary school present Alice in Wonderland, a junior musical version of the classic story.

Laugh Riot at the Hyatt

Where: Hyatt Regency Bethesda, 1 Bethesda Metro Center, Bethesda.
When: Saturday, March 2, 8 p.m.
Description: Three local comics and a $25 cash prize joke contest for non-com audience members.
Cost: $10.
