I am very excited to introduce to you our newest members of our organization:
Please join me to welcome Mr. (Monsieur) Patrick Giguet, our new farm and facility manager. Patrick comes to us with many years farming experience in France. He has already gotten the season started by making some wonderful changes to prepare for a great growing season. Also, please join me in welcoming Mrs. Jessica Walsh my new assistant. She comes with a lot of administrative and gardening experience from growing her own produce. She plays roller derby and her daughter takes part in youth speed skating competitions all over the nation. In addition to her general duties, she will be helping me with FB, Twitter and other social media activities.

As much as we all love Frannie and want her to stay, she is looking to move to Richmond! L She is going to be missed around here as everyone enjoys working with her and for her. I admire her positive, caring, and go-getter attitude. We will keep her as long as we can and for sure keep the gate open in case she decides to stay or come back!
CSA registration is ongoing. I would like to thank those who have made their decision and have registered by sending us either the full payment or their non-refundable deposit. Please note that effective March 1st, our CSA will revert to the normal policy in respect to registration.

WV Drop-off (Black Dog Coffee) while we have received a significant number of e-mails expressing their definitive interest to take part in our CSA program, we are optimistically looking forward to receive the deposits. J
Planting has already begun and we have planted over 2,500 seeds without letting the 6 degree temperature worry us. We hope within the next 2 weeks we move the starter plants to the greenhouses!
