ยท What a beautiful week for outside activities.
ยท Yekta Super market- In additional to our bi-weekly delivery of free range eggs, we finally delivered our first box of Tomatoes to their store on Friday. I hope those who were interested had a chance to visit Yekta in Rockville and enjoyed the same day picked local tomatoes.
ยท We are excited as we are planning Aliabaadโs Fall celebration and to express our gratitude to all of our Customers who helped us to have another wonderful year.
ยท With cold weather arriving, we have begun to cover our late season crops and rolling the green house windows down to protect: Bell Pepper, Cucumbers, Eggplants, Tomatoes, and Zucchinis.
ยท Beef shares: We still have few Beef shares left, so please let us know if you are interested.
Farm Visitor Center Operating Hours:
Friday: 9:30am to 2:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 1:30pm
This weekโs offers:
1. Tomato Sauce: If you do not have time we will be happy to make tomato sauce to your taste and recipes or better yet, try ours!
2. Fresh Free Farm Raised Chicken- This offer is only at the farm visitor center. The whole chicken will cost around $ 15 dollars.
3. Potatoes-We have plenty of potatoes and are now offering them to CSA for only $15/25lb box.
4. Pavilion: We are offering our farm and pavilion for corporate and private event gatherings. The pavilion is fully equipped with new furniture and has the capacity to accommodate 100 people adjacent to Lilliโs island which can host as many as 150 people. There are two fire pits, with a large (commercial size) grill for BBQ. Please visit us or feel free to let us know for any additional details and pricing information.
