• Board of Public Works Approves $6.38 Million for Tennis Courts, Trails, and Land Conservation in Five Maryland Counties (maryland.gov) — State officials have approved funding to add a dog park, restrooms, and new lighting at Rock Hall Park, giving local residents upgraded recreation options. The same Board of Public Works action also backs tennis and trail projects in other Maryland counties and preserves farmland through a Rural Legacy conservation easement program.
