2 Dead, 1 Injured In Norbeck Road Collision
Two people were killed, and one was hospitalized in an overnight crash over the weekend.
ROCKVILLE, MD — Two people died Sunday after a car was driven into a trench in Rockville. One person was injured.
The Montgomery County Police Department said the fatal incident unfolded near the intersection of Norbeck Road and East Gude Drive.
A release issued by the department states officers responded to reports of a single-car collision just after 3 a.m.

At the scene, police determined "that a gray 2025 BMW was traveling eastbound on Norbeck Road when, for reasons still under investigation, the vehicle crossed the median into the westbound lanes, left the roadway, and landed in a trench."
Two of the men inside the car were pronounced dead at the scene, as a third was hospitalized with serious injuries.
