(Update) Man With Gunshot to Leg Not Cooperating: Police
The man was shot elsewhere and flagged down a motorist, who called 911 and drove him to a parking lot on campus, authorities said.

ROCKVILLE, MD - A man with an apparent gunshot wound to the leg flagged down a motorist who drove him to Montgomery College in Rockville, according to authorities and the school.
Rockville Police said officers found the victim in the Lot 9 campus parking lot. Investigators say the shooting victim flagged down a passing motorist in the 900 block of Hungerford Drive. When he told the driver that he had been shot, the driver called 911 and drove the victim to the parking lot.

The motive and exact location where the shooting occurred is still unknown, authorities said.
The victim, who is about 23-25 years old and is not a Montgomery College student, suffered a gunshot wound to the right leg. He was taken to a local hospital with injuries that are not life threatening.

There was at no time any threat to students or faculty at the college, Rockville Police said. This is believed to be an isolated incident.
The victim “is really not being very cooperative,” Major Michael England told the Washington Post.
