Montrose Shopping Center To Welcome Three New Stores
With three new leases secured, the flex space of the Montrose Shopping Center is officially at 100% capacity.
ROCKVILLE, MD — The Montrose Shopping Center in Rockville will be welcoming the spring with a trio of new leases for its flex spaces.
Roger Mecca, a spokesperson for KLNB, confirmed to Patch that KLNB's Landlord team secured American Cedar & Millwork, Corolla Beauty and Neural Movement as the new stores coming to the area.
"With these leases, the flex portion of the property is now up to 100% occupancy," he said.

Opening dates for the stores were not released.
American Cedar & Millwork is an architectural building materials dealer with two locations in Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties.

Neural Movement is a fitness and rehabilitation facility that focuses on "fully engaging the nervous system" to "improve the health, wellness, and performance" of clients.
Corolla Beauty describes itself as a provider of "the best hair products for beauty professionals."
