Rockville College Student Charged in Sexual Assault
Police in Charleston, SC, have charged a Rockville man with sexual exploitation of a minor and drug charges.

ROCKVILLE, MD — A Rockville man who is a student at a Charleston, SC, college has been charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and drug possession after a girl reported she was sexually assaulted by two men at a party last month.
Timothy Eli Seppi, 21, attends the College of Charleston and is a member of the campus chapter of Alpha Epsilon Pi. After Seppi’s Aug. 28 arrest on charges of cocaine and marijuana possession, the fraternity’s charter was suspended.
A 17-year-old College of Charleston student reported Aug. 27 that two unknown men sexually assaulted her earlier that day at an off-campus party, reports the Charleston City Paper.

Seppi was arrested by Charleston, SC, police on Sept. 2 after officers reportedly found a photo of the girl “engaged in an act or simulation of sexual activity” on his phone, according to the police affidavit reports WTOP.
The college president banned alcohol at all fraternity and sorority functions after Seppi’s arrest and other recent problems with rowdy parties.
