One Rockville father found $100,000.

It all happened on Friday, Oct. 8 at Aspen Hill Laundromat and Cleaners. Every week, the 34-year-old man plays scratch-offs while waiting for his laundry to wash and dry. But on that Friday, he hit the jackpot.

"I was so excited and happy," the soon-to-be father of two told Maryland Lottery officials.

The lucky winner grabbed his belongings and raced home to share the unbelievable news with his pregnant wife.

"What are we going to do with all of this money?" his wife asked.

Her husband already has a few ideas.

The father told lottery officials that he plans to make a down payment on a new home and open an account for his unborn child.
