"The building was offered as part of a portfolio with Westwood Metro Tower - in Tysons Corner - and is part of MRP’s Metro-centric strategy, as tenants are being priced out of buildings further south on Rockville Pike from areas like North Bethesda and White Flint," reads a post by MRP Realty.

The 169,070-square-foot office building currently houses a variety of tenants, ranging from an EagleBank branch to Deloitte and the nonprofit Fisher House Foundation.
