Bus Heading to NJ This Saturday to Help! Need Volunteers!

Hello Everyone,  

Highlands, NJ called this morning and we are answering!! The donations delivered four weeks ago went directly into the hands of people in need. The town clean-up work done two weeks ago has touched the hearts of all in the town. Our Lady of Perpetual Help and the surrounding communities are so appreciative of our help. But the clean up situation & daily routine the community faces continues to be enormous. They called and we are going back!! This time a big special thanks to Bowens Bus Service, we have a donated 44 passenger bus to fill. People are needed to help clean the streets, clean out houses, unload deliveries, organize the pantry, and sort & fold clothes.  

Our plan is to depart from Severna Park High School senior parking lot on Saturday, Dec. 1st at 6:30am and return back around 10/10:30pm that night.

Volunteers should plan to wear warm clothes (layers) since we will be outside most of the day, bring work gloves, and work boots/shoes. If needed, I have donated masks for volunteers. We might have room for other items; those details will be e-mailed out. We are working on coordinating meals for the day. If you would like to participate, please e-mail me ASAP!
