Annapolis, Maryland (November 20, 2012)— Baldwin Homes, Inc, is pleased to announce in conjunction with the nine Interior Designers involved, that the Maryland Green Designer Show Home (www.MDGreenShowHome.com) will now be open to the public until Sunday, December 16th, 2012. This extension is due to the continued response that the home has received from the community. The home is located in the Preserve at Severn Run, a Baldwin Homes community (1760 Holladay Park Road Gambrills, Maryland 21054).
The home will continue to welcome tour visitors Thursday-Sunday (closed on Thanksgiving day, 11/22) from 10am-5pm with ticket sales remaining at the initial $20 per person. Tickets are available online (www.MDGreenShowHome.com) and on-site, with children under 10 being admitted with no charge.
With the home being open for over a month, the organization has currently raised over $10,000 in ticket sales alone and looks forward to creating more funds which will be split between the partner charities involved: Hospice of the Chesapeake and Make-A-Wish® Mid-Atlantic. Additionally, profits from the homes events and eventual sale of the home will also benefit these two organizations.
