Annual Taste and Sip at Homestead Gardens is Thursday
The community is invited to purchase tickets for this event that helps promote our Severna Park area businesses.
The is holding its second annual Taste and Sip of Greater Severna Park from 6 to 9 p.m. Nov. 17 at Homestead Gardens in Severna Park.
Attendees will be greeted inside the door with a glass of sparkling wine with raspberries, courtesy of Victoria’s Fancy Foods. There will be three wine tastings provided by the knowledgeable folks at Fishpaws Marketplace, Goska’s, and Harbour Spirits. Brian Boru will treat guests to their special Egg Nog and Big Bean and Starbucks have delicious coffees at their tables.
Adams Ribs, , , Brian Boru, Garry’s Grill, , Café Mezzanotte, Bill Bateman’s, Chesapeake Make & Take, The Main Ingredient, Kirsten’s Cakes, Hawthorne Fine Breakfast Pastry, and Atlanta Bread will be among the providers of fine fare.

The sounds of the season will be provided by the acclaimed Annapolis Chorale, and the Christian Chimers Bell Choir will also be performing this year. New this year are take-away bags, and each will contain a holiday ornament, compliments of Homestead Gardens. There will be a discount for shoppers that evening as well, and each ticket holder will be entered into a raffle for a Diva Diamond necklace at Zachary’s Jewelers.
The silent auction promises lots of wonderful bidding opportunities, with Raven’s tickets, furniture, jewelry, numerous restaurant gift cards, hotel stays, and much, much more. Funds will be raised for the Greater Severna Park Chamber of Commerce and an ongoing beautification program for the community.

Chamber of Commerce members may buy their tickets in advance for $30 each and non-members for $35. At the door tickets will be $45.
