2. Katie Fritz Memorial Concert

Where/When: 375 Benfield Road, Severna Park, 5 p.m. Sat. (Feb. 26).
Why go: The concert is held annually to celebrate and honor the life of Katie Fritz, who died suddenly at the age of 15. She was a St. Martin's parishioner and this concert supports the Day School's scholarship fund in her name. Performing will be Inspirational Choir from Mt. Calvary U.M. Church in Arnold and singers from St. Martin's in-the-Field Day School.
Where/When: , 161 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, Sun. (Feb. 27)1 - 6 p.m.
Why Go: This is a fundraiser for the fire station and features great food and beverages, live music and a silent auction- all for a good cause.
Pricing: Tickets are $35 in advance or $40 at the door.
4. Black History Month Exhibit
Where/When:

Why Go: An exhibit on Black History Month featuring educational information on display until Mon. (Feb. 28).
5. Boating Courses/Marine Electrical Systems/Engine Maintenance
Where/When: Offered by the nonprofit Annapolis Sail and Power Squadron, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 31 Rowe Blvd. Electrical Systems, 7 - p.m., starting Mon. (Feb. 28-May 2) and Engine Maintenance, 7 - 9 p.m., starting Mon. (Feb 28-May 9)
Why Go: Living in a river town, these courses can come in handy if you own a boat.
Pricing: $50 and $103.50 added for non-members of sqaudron.
