CHAMPION REALTY PROMOTES ED COHEE TO HEAD TITLE COMPANY

Long time Champion Realty Title attorney Edward Cohee has taken over the top spot of the real estate company’s affiliated title company. As president of Chancellor Title Services, Inc., doing business as Champion Realty Title, Cohee will oversee Champion’s many title transactions. He has provided legal services to the real estate company for more than two decades.

“Over the years I have witnessed the great legal advice Ed has provided to our clients,” said Champion President and CEO Jon Coile. “I’m excited to have Ed step into the role of President and apply all that he knows about the title industry to the task of leading our title team.”

Cohee brings 40 years of experience to the position. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. His undergraduate degree is from Loyola University in Baltimore.

Champion Realty Title works to make the property settlement experience a pleasant and comfortable one for its clients. The company’s full-service staff includes processors, settlement officers and two attorneys, who all help to guide customers through the complicated buying procedure.
