Babies in Bloom at the Severna Park Library

The Severna Park Library "Babies in Bloom" program is for parents and caregivers with babies (up to two years old).  It will be held on March 3, April 7 and May 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and will consist of stories, songs, rhymes and fingerplays all specifically designed to stimulate early infant development.
