Calling all young scientists! Engineering For Kids is offering an Aerospace Engineering class at the Severna Park Community Center. Students ages 7 through 11 will use the Engineering Design Process to design, create, test, and refine a variety of flying machines. They will construct a shock absorbing system designed to protect marshmallow astronauts in a lunar vehicle, make a parachute for safe landing of mini-jumpers, and create their own air-powered rockets.
