"Kick-It for Cancer" hosted by First Class Martial Arts

We'll be hosting this charity event to raise money that will help St. Jude Children's Hospital treat children with cancers and other life threatening illnesses as well as finding new treatments for childhood cancers and other catastrophic diseases.

Please join us at 10am on Saturday, May 4th to participate in a fun filled series of events and activities at our studio in Severna Park, Maryland. 497 Ritchie Highway 1D, in the same plaza as the Donut Shack, Verizon, and Arthur Murray's dance studio.

During the event you'll have the opportunity to see your child smile as they break boards and participate in various other martial art activities!

The main event will be a 2 hour Kick-A-Thon hosted by Tara Meyer, as she presents "Cardio Kick-It", an incredibly fun and rewarding fitness program for adults and children ages 14 and up.  Cardio Kick-It incorporates martial arts techniques with aerobics based fitness routines to achieve maximum calorie burn while improving your overall health.

What better way to burn major calories and fat for the upcoming bathing suit season? There will also be free food and refreshments, prize giveaways, freebies and more, but to top it off - any new "Cardio Kick-It" participant that brings a friend to participate together will receive 1 month FREE!

This event offers a fun and entertaining way to introduce you and your family to martial arts and kick boxing while meeting new people and being active in your community -BUT- even if you cannot attend, your donations are still crucial. The ultimate goal of this event is to help children in need receive the specialized medical treatment many families cannot afford.

By sponsoring a participant or becoming one yourself, you'll be helping St. Jude continue its life-saving work against pediatric illnesses. Check back often to see our progress.

Thank you for your participation and/or your donations in this life changing event for children!
