 Meet our Keynote Speaker Playwright Lee Blessing: <br> Lee Blessing has become a major voice in modern American theater. His plays have been pro-duced both on and off-Broadway, and are performed throughout the world. Blessing's plays have been nominated for both the Tony Award, and the Olivier Award for best play, among a slew of other prestigious awards. Best known for his work, A Walk in the Woods , which was a Pulitzer Prize finalist in 1987, Blessing is also the author of the final play of Compass Rose Theater's 2012-2013 season, Eleemosynary. Mr. Blessing currently heads the graduate playwriting program at Rutgers University.
