This is a hearing by the MD Dept. of Environment for a Nontidal Wetlands and Waterways Permit to replace the culvert on Asbury Drive in Severna Park. The State Highway wants to replace the culvert with a new design. The Berrywood Community is opposing the new design because it may further harm Cattail Creek by tripling the volume of water into the Creek.
